Same as above except that their business is done outside of Westchester County and that such person is an active member of the local Water Works group serving his/her respective area of operation. Persons working in municipal departments within Westchester County, but not themselves involved in water supply activities, would be considered for this category of membership. Affiliate Members shall not be eligible to vote or hold office.
